Payment slip generator (HUB-3A)

Fill in the payment order and the 2D barcode (PDF417) is generated automatically. You can print the slip and pay it at your bank, in internet banking, or by scanning it at a counter.

This tool is completely free and runs entirely in your browser — no data is sent anywhere or stored. Fill in the fields and an official HUB-3A payment order with a 2D barcode (PDF417) and a SEPA QR code is generated automatically; print it and pay at your bank, in internet banking, at Konzum, Tisak and FINA counters (barcode), or by scanning the QR code in apps such as Revolut. The details you enter stay on the page while you fill in and print the order, and are automatically cleared as soon as you leave the page.

Important: print the order at actual size (100%) on white paper — otherwise the 2D barcode cannot be scanned. Click for printer setup.

In the print window, open “More settings”.
Scale: choose “Default” or “100%” — never “Fit to page”.
Paper size: A4. Margins: “Default”.
Chrome and Edge: “Scale” → “Custom” → enter 100.
Firefox: “Scale” → 100%.
On a phone, choose A4; if there is a scale option, set it to 100%.
In the print preview, check that the barcode is not shrunk or cut off.

How to fill in the payment order correctly

Recipient IBAN: enter it as HR + 19 digits, without spaces (e.g. HR1210010051863000160). Double-check it is correct.
Amount: enter it in euros with two decimals (e.g. 123.45), without a currency mark.
Model and reference number: if you have no reference number, choose model HR99 and leave the reference empty. If you have a plain reference, use HR00. Use models HR01–HR05 only if you have the exact reference from your bill/offer — they contain check digits, so a wrong reference will be rejected by the bank.
Name and address: use plain characters; fields have length limits, so overly long text is trimmed automatically.
Purpose code: pick one from the list (optional), e.g. INSU – insurance premium.
The barcode and QR code appear only once the required fields (payer, recipient, IBAN, amount) are filled in correctly.
Scanning: the large PDF417 barcode is read by Croatian banking apps and counters; the QR code is used by apps such as Revolut and many banking apps. If one does not work, try the other.
Before paying, check the amount and the IBAN.
